Sellcraft ("we", "us") helps you photograph items to identify them, estimate resale value, and generate marketplace listings. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or precise location. We do not require an account.
To analyse photos and generate text we send your image and item data to AI processing providers (including OpenAI, accessed via Emergent). They process this data to return results to you and do not use it to identify you. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Photo/gallery access is used only when you actively choose to upload or scan an item image. We do not access your photos in the background or scan your library.
Scan history is stored so you can revisit it. Because Sellcraft does not use accounts, your data is associated only with your device identifier. To delete your data, remove the app or contact us at the email below and we will delete records associated with your device identifier.
Sellcraft is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
